Worker Was Crushed to Death Between Truck Body and Bulldozer
Tailândia, Pará, Brazil A bulldozer was being transported onto a truck when it reportedly shifted position after the driver slowed the vehicle down. The equipment then unexpectedly lurched forward and struck a worker, who became trapped between the machine and the truck's body structure. The worker died at the scene. Initial indications suggest the equipment was not properly secured during transport. |

"The equipment then unexpectedly lurched forward and struck a worker". So the driver slowed down and some handyman from the cockpit went to check between the trailer and bulldozer why it's moving and same time the driver decided to accelerate? |
