Female Retire Jumps from Balcony of 17 Floor Hitting Building
In russia a pensioner fell from the 17th floor and landed on the building's concrete canopy of the high-rise building. The pensioner, who was ill and decided not to be a burden for the family jumped and died at the scene from her injuries. A chair was found on the balcony she used to climb on before jumping over the railing. |

I would have tried for the sidewalk. I'm not sure about those tin roofs - they give a lot, maybe allowing for survival in a busted-up state.
