I agree. This wasn't an "attack" so much as the fuckwit woman was fucked off her face on drugs, probably had facial lesions, dog starts licking, licking, licking, then chewing a bit, and then turns magician and tadaa! makes her face disappear.

I don't blame the dog in this situation. Only the owner.

It was a pitbull atack, and this lady wasn't the owner, she was a 67 years old woman who lives alone, the dog was from her neighbour. Extremely sad story.
