I agree. This does NOT look like ANY DOG BITE, ATTACK, etc... That I have ever seen. I am a veterinary technician and have 3 human nurse friends. Believe me, we swap plenty of pictures/videos and all I have ever seen (in person and through pics/videos) have never, ever looked like this. Where are the puncture wounds, hanging skin or chunks of skin?! This is too clean. Something else happened to this person, but I can say with total confidence; this did NOT come from a DOG or a PITBULL!!!!

That's because the dog didn't aggressively attacked the victim. She was alseep/ fucked up on meds and the dog slowly ate away her face. I've seen plenty of dog attack wounds as well because I'm practically married into medicine.
