Re: Woman Tries to Shoot Ex Dead at Snack Bar, Ends Up Getting Shot Instead
I think it would have been cool if a truck had come along and run them both over while they were lying in the street.

Re: Woman Tries to Shoot Ex Dead at Snack Bar, Ends Up Getting Shot Instead
Another Longer Version A 44-year-old woman died after getting into a physical fight against her ex-partner, 43, in a snack bar in Jardim Estela, in Poá. She broke into the establishment armed and tried to kill her ex-husband, but ended up being shot during the confusion and did not resist her injuries. The case, according to the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat (SSP-SP), happened on the 9th of this month. However, images from the snack bar's security cameras were shared on social networks and went viral in the region. The fight would have been motivated by a disagreement about the couple's financial situation, according to a city news portal. She went to the scene and, in the video, it is possible to see that she shoots her ex-husband a few times. He reacts and the two start fighting. The confusion, which started in the cafeteria's kitchen, drags through the establishment to Av. Lucas Nogueira Garcez, where the snack bar is located. There, the man ends up shooting the aggressor at point-blank range. The two received medical attention and were taken to the hospital, but the woman did not resist her injuries and the man was hospitalized. The weapon was seized and the case was registered at the Itaquaquecetuba Police Station as a suspicious death, attempted murder and death communication. Investigations continue. The case, according to the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat (SSP-SP), happened on the 9th of this month. Re: Woman Tries to Shoot Ex Dead at Snack Bar, Ends Up Getting Shot Instead
I see that ending as some form of homicide not self defense. I guess he could claim that he shot her to keep her from pulling a possible second gun, since she came armed to kill. That defense might get some traction. |
