I take it that the local academia de policía dispatched a class of cadets (in full uniform) to help control the crime scene, interview witnesses, and ensure that no stone would be left unplaced during the investigation. I find their diligence, dedication, and compassion to be rather inspiring. |

Good question. I wasn't sure if shell casing marked by the rock in the road had been ejected from a pistol or was thrown clear from the wreckage.
