I am very confused. Why does this happen in so many foreign countries? I can understand the lack of education. But I cannot understand the lack of self-preservation! If you don't look, you're dead. Even if you look, you're dead. Why doesn't everyone stop AND look, as to not be killed??? This blows my mind.
