A woman died and her companion was injured in an assault near Piscoyacu, in the jurisdiction of Saposoa, Huallaga province. According to initial data, these people were intercepted by police.

Dunno how far you got into the first vid but one of the victims had gunshot wounds.

I take it that the local academia de policía dispatched a class of cadets (in full uniform) to help control the crime scene, interview witnesses, and ensure that no stone would be left unplaced during the investigation.

I find their diligence, dedication, and compassion to be rather inspiring.

Good question. I wasn't sure if shell casing marked by the rock in the road had been ejected from a pistol or was thrown clear from the wreckage.
