That cop hit the ground and could barely get back up he was so big, I mean he seemed nice enough but good grief the last place he needs to be is on patrol. Thank goodness that foot chase only lasted 20ft. No loss concerning the black woman, she looked ghett and I'm sure she felt "entitled", one less leach on the system.
