How the hell did she fall backwards from the ladder sliding out? I've had a 10ft ladder slide out while I was holding a 4ftx8ft sheath of plywood at the very top. My natural instinct was to lean forward and bend my knees. everything was fine. I didn't even get hurt. How the fuck do you throw yourself backwards? That takes extra effort to be stupid

Even with shoes, the surface being soaked eliminates almost all useful friction. Both the spotter and ladder lady should have paid better attention. If you’ve ever used bicycle brakes while wet, you know what I mean. |
