Yes, it is just utter and unconditional stupidity that causes it. I lived in the Far East for 25 years, and every day I saw totally retarded traffic, just blatant dumb fuck stupidity, things that defy logic and reason.

Don't race car drivers call his maneuver 'target fixation'? Where you run right into an obstacle instead of swerving, if I understand it. I saw a video of a NASCAR race or practice, guy stopped in the track from mechanical failure or collision. Three other cars swerved around the stopped car in an amazing display of driving, then a car driven by a female racer ran right into him, killing him deader than fried chicken. Some driver said she had target fixation...
