Young Man Drowned in a Hotel Swimming Pool

E. Q. d. S., drowned in a swimming pool at a Hotel in Brazil yesterday afternoon. The young man's body was found around 4 pm by a person who was bathing and stepped on E's corpse. At the scene, no one recognized the teenager. An ambulance was called but the rescuers declared him dead.

The hotel owners said the victim was not staying in the building and would not even have formally entered the main port as a guest. They suspected that the adolescent entered the hotel by the service entrance, which is located at the back of the hotel.

Other witnesses said that they saw other people walking out the back door of the hotel. The circumstances of the young man's death are still being investigated. The young man's body was removed and referred to the Medical Legal Institute (IML) for expertise procedures, which will address the exact cause of death.

However, some witnesses said after they saw the victim, other people were going out the back door the moment the body was found. The case is under investigation.

Hotel manager: "these favela bastards sneak in and leave bodies laying around. It takes time and effort to get rid of them (bodies) and it freaks out paying guests..."
