Thank you. Yeah in the restaurant buisness for 25+ years, main bulk of that time as executive chef. Decent collection of chefs and butchers knives both modern and antique. Wusthof forged, mainly my chef sets but the antique butchers sets are Old File, Lambson & Goodnow, Robeson, LF&C etc. Bench made OTF's are my faves but out of state purchase is a must and they're $$$. |
