Well that is some bullshit... Maybe its because, if they would have called an ambulance. The americans would have fired at it, killing the medics as well... Think twice before you say something. Looks like normal vomit mixed with some blood. Yuk! I knew of a guy here in London who had an epileptic fit at Picadilly Circus and he got mugged rather than helped. A woman had one in the road and folk were just watching as cars drove around her but a guy did eventually help her and cushioned her head. It's true low-life scumbag shit when someone ill or dying gets mugged. I can understand taking usefull weapons, etc, from dead soldiers Guess that happens?
