I knew of a guy here in London who had an epileptic fit at Picadilly Circus and he got mugged rather than helped. A woman had one in the road and folk were just watching as cars drove around her but a guy did eventually help her and cushioned her head. It's true low-life scumbag shit when someone ill or dying gets mugged.
I can understand taking usefull weapons, etc, from dead soldiers Guess that happens?
