"We know that the offender in the matter suffers from mental health issues," Mr Cooke said.

"We are continuing to work through the profiling of the offender but very clearly to us at this stage it would appear that this is related to the mental health of the individual involved."

Unconfirmed reports his name was Benjamin Cohen..

Likely a rumour because he’s of Israeli heritage, pics aren’t that similar I don’t reckon.
He has been identified by police as 40-year-old man Joel Cauchi, who is believed to have previously lived in the Brisbane area.
