Didn't look like it was on purpose.  It'd be dumb if he got charged for anything. He's got deep pockets, so i'm sure the family of the deceased driver will sue and get some 'settle out of court' money out of Tony, sadly it's easier to do that than got to trial these days... but, yeah, that kid fucked up. |

No, I don't think it was on purpose either, but of all people, Stewart knew his car's reaction on those track conditions -- when he gave it a little throttle. It got loose. He probably wanted to scare the kid who I agree, should have stayed in his goddamm car. Poor choices all the way around. Wrong time and place.  |

Are you asking me or telling me?  I don't think it does; he's drifting around an oval-shaped track, you cant really 'swerve' when you're going sideways. He may have jerked the wheel in reaction to the kid being under his rear wheel. |

Bullshit genius. Tony clearly meant to hit that guy, but that guy put himself in a position that he could. He won't get charged because the kid walked out on the track, but anybody who knows Tony Stewart knows he has a bad temper and knows he meant to do it. This probably will cost him money, but even more this will cost him major respect in NASCAR, and probably his gig.
