Secondly, in what country does resisting arrest and wrestling with a police officer taking control of one of their weapons end well?

So the whole story goes, guy was pulled over for bogus plates, gets out of his car without being told to, is asked to produce a drivers license and starts walking away from the vehicle.

a chase begins the police officer tackles him to the ground, after about 30 seconds of rolling around on the floor the police officer and Patrick are both on their feet but still wrestling, Patrick starts getting the upper hand so the police officer tries to use his tazer, misses or doesn't get a good connection. Patrick then grabs the tazer and they wrestle for it for another 20 odd seconds and then the police officer pulls his gun out when he loses control of his tazer.
