Probably have no idea he tried to flee and resist and stole a taser. I guess the cops are supposed to just stand around and get tasered lol. Not like you can expect people who hate cops to stop raging for two seconds and think, or even look up the lead up to a situation.

Short of perhaps announcing "I'm going to shoot you if you don't drop it," I'm not sure the officer could have done anything else. Had the been tased, then the suspect could have easily used lethal force next. These officers really need to be better trained in hand-to-hand, ground control, and submission. He was greatly outmatched by the strength of this suspect.
