Stealing or not stealing has nothing to do with it. Good luck in court trying to prove premeditation—for murder charges to stick. It is impossible to prove that idiotic assumption—short of actual evidence they began pursuing him with the intention of killing him, which is utter bullshit. The "jogger" is actually the one who was the sole attacker, and actually attacked with violence and purposeful intent, in order to dispossess another man of his gun. Only an idiot, or a criminal, ot both, would do something like that. It could actually be argued that Arbery was the one with murderous intent, and in his case there is actual evidence for it: the video, showing him going around the truck, with clear intent. Caused his own death.

Dude, the South is where the majority of black folks live in America. Sure there are racist in the south. But there are racist everywhere.

What the South has more o. Black police officers. Black Mayors. Black City Council Members. Black police chiefs and captains.

So it's not entirely accurate to label the South as a good old boy place. When black folks have a lot of power and opportunity there.
