You are right, we do not really know what was said, but I do not hear any screaming, do you? Also the evidence suggests that the shotgun duo did not just jump out of the car with guns drawn on the guy, they pursued him in the pickup and were trying to get him to stop. was it a good idea for them to then get out of the car with their shotguns? no probably not, stupid rednecks being stupid rednecks. but that does not make them murderers, like the person I was responding to was trying to claim.

now what do you see when you watch the video? what I see is the victim quickly run up on the suspect, I see what appears to be a struggle for the shotgun. The victim is then killed in this struggle. Maybe you do not consider it an attack, but I think it would be hard for you to claim it was not at least an attempt to take the shotgun that the suspect was legally allowed to be carrying. I don't even think the suspect ever pointed the shotgun at the victim, the victim just immediately ran up on him. looks to me like the victim orchestrated his own death, regardless of how tragic that death is.




I could have sworn I heard from a reliable source he was wearing boots, maybe I am wrong, but does that really matter? With all the evidence we have, including the victim on video breaking the law by trespassing, you truly, actually think it makes more sense that he is an innocent jogger and not somebody prowling around? guess that is your perspective, but not mine.



The evidence is all out there, I can not do your critical thinking for you. If race is not a thing to you, then why are you so quick to condemn the stupid rednecks who were trying to protect their property from a serial prowler/burglar? There is documented evidence that a prowler exists in the area, and also evidence of the victim prowling around right before his death.

I truly don't care about race, so the race of the actors involved don't mean a whole lot to me when I look at the evidence. If there is evidence this is race related, I might begin to take the race element more seriously. at this time, since no evidence exists at all to suggest this has anything to do with race at all, well...I don't think race has anything to do with it. But you can not deny mainstream western media is blowing this up as if it has something to do with race, and that is what is causing people to go full retard in this situation, and that is the kind of stupidity I was discussing.





Same here. I am not saying they murdered the guy either, because I don't know. I was responding to the genius who made the statement this was a flat out murder. I disagreed. I said that was laughable.

With more of the story coming out, it seems like a justified shooting to me. Them also having their guns seems justified to me(alot of people think they shouldnt have grabbed their guns), the man just had a gun stolen like a month before the shooting, and the "jogger" was in and out of that house several times.

I think they just wanted to hold him while the police could show up, instead arbery charged the guys and went for the gun, which resulted in him getting shot. Seems like arbery was prone to making bad decisions.

Hopefully they asked him the day of or thr next day, before the death threats and threat of civil lawsuits. One could argue he has no choice but to say nothing was taken. It is my opinion they should have asked soon after the offense. Lingering doubts over his motives for denying that a theft occurred will taint any statements going forward. This creates a conspiracy and people love conspiracies. A prompt and thorough investigation should have been done before this blew up and the death threats. You could save conspiracies are harmless, but they aren't. Regardless what you believe happened or didn't happen at Waco, one indisputable fact is McVeigh blew up the federal building in Oklahoma City because of what he believed happened at Waco.
