because of echoes off of buildings. same thing in the JFK event. also you don't need to use the word "active"; just plain old "shooter"' is fine |

That was some big balls right there. To just stand there when bullets are raining down from an undetermined location at the point in time. I am lost and cannot understand why a person would kill Innocent people at a concert.  |

In that kind of situation there is a simple procedure, pick up a small child and use them as a shield. It's only fair, if they get shot they will never have to suffer the pain of growing up   |
