Re: Vancouver USA Fight Turns Deadly

My man the murder rate was much higher in the 80s and 90s, so unless you're 70+ you're completely full of shit
What? People left their doors unlocked and keys in the ignition of their vehicles. This has changed over the past 50 years. People actually leave their cars unlocked and windows down so they don't get broken.

Re: Vancouver USA Fight Turns Deadly

bizarre.......from the first frames of the video looks obvious it was a road rage that ended up in that parking lot. (cars are bumped together). Lates news I can find actually says the victim was "not involved in the initial argument, was just waiting in the parking lot for his fiancé" Not sure if I believe that based on the woman screaming after he's shot but maybe that was her, showed up right as it happened? From what I can tell, suspect is still on the loose.
Don't get involved in other people's shit............

Re: Vancouver USA Fight Turns Deadly

doesn't look like anyone else pointed this out yet, check out the guy walking by in front of the gunman just as he shoots. 2 more steps and it would have been his bullet......
anyway, interesting article here contradicts a couple things in earlier articles. Says the man and fiancé were together buying snacks, and also says he died at the hospital, not at the scene. Reporting sucks these days........

No happened in Vancouver , Washington. Like the title says.

Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon are essentially the same city separated by the state line.

That's not the correct shooting.

The link that you gave is for the shooting that happened Saturday the 21st at 6 PM, it was a drive-by shooting and killed 34-year-old Armando P. Valencia. In the month of August it is not dark at 6 PM in that region, so that cannot have been the video.

The shooting seen in the video was the night before, in the 7-Eleven parking lot at 4450 Southeast 92nd Avenue, near Lents Park in Southeast Portland.

Vancouver WA and Portland OR are essentially the same city, urban area that crosses the state line. (of course with separate government, separate police forces, and so forth).
