But surely if he had a bomb on his person, it'd have gone up whilst he was ignited? I do wonder about his mental health/past history, i don't know if you can call a public live-streamed suicide an "extreme protest". It feels weird to do so and I'm just glad he didn't take anyone out with him. I wonder if they'll give him money off a cremation now though, he did half the work. |

Imagine the level of mental illness, delusion, and how brainwashed you have to be to do something like this for a people who would rather do that to you than you to yourself. And he had the will to do that and stand there for a good while. Like a “Gays for Palestine” activist but with the conviction of a Holy Crusader or something.

I was burned over 18% of my body in an oilfield accident. I wouldn't go through that experience again to save the entire universe! Makes you wonder if he had any regrets.
