He could've been drunk but it also could've been some kind of medical event. I didn't see any signs of imbalance up until he paused & then fell over. I can easily see that as being someone keeling over from a heart attack, etc.

I'm with you all. He was a drunk guy that had a heart attack or stroke and he weeble wobbled until he fell down.
