Re: USA - Police Kill Armed Suspect Caught Breaking into House
“ Now, the big question. The guy was armed and refused to drop the weapon, but was there an immediate threat in the moment that the officer fired the shots that killed him?” This is the most retarded, self-answering question I’ve ever read. Don’t you watch the videos on this site? You of all people should know how many seconds it takes for somebody to have the tables turned and have their lives taken. It takes less than a second to raise a gun and pull a trigger, and that bullet coming from a 9mm will reach you in 0.025 seconds from 30 feet away. Without exaggeration, it takes around 0.525 seconds for somebody to lose their life when somebody is armed with a gun. This is why they want to see your hands. This is why they shoot you if you reach into your pockets. This is why they approach with their guns drawn. |

Yep. Non-compliance and the old proverb "he who hesitates is blasted with a complete 9mm magazine" (paraphrased) done got him in the end. His own damn fault |

It's a question, not a statement. Don't get your feelings too hurt being presented with a question. Just answer it honestly and without getting emotional.

Re: USA - Police Kill Armed Suspect Caught Breaking into House
American police were trained to scold vulgar language during their duty. Free world, free country, free speech, "you mother fucker!" bang bang bang, "put down your fucking mother weapon" bang bang bang, "or I'll put holes on you" bang bang bang. The guy already not moving but the police still "put down your fucking weapon" bang bang bang. (Not from this clip). American are so cute.

Re: USA - Police Kill Armed Suspect Caught Breaking into House
American police have to follow use-of-force case laws, such as Graham V Connor and Tennesee V Garner. 3 prong test, (1) “the severity of the crime at issue,” (2) “whether the suspect poses an immediate threat to the safety of the officers or others,” and (3) “whether he is actively resisting arrest or attempting to evade arrest by flight.” I could literally educate you, but it seems like you'd rather not read. So, do the research yourself. |
