Undeserved. Cop shot the kid in the back less than a second after telling him “stop or I’ll shoot!” This forum is filled with such backwards asshats it’s incredible

Truthfully he should have been shot by whoever he stop the car from. Guessing they are a whiny lib too who doesn't believe in guns or private property, probably gave him the keys and called him comrade. No?

If car jacking, justified deadly force.

If parked, you can use non deadly physical force to secure or property and block them with your body and if they put it in gear and thos reverse lights come on, deadly force now justified.

Should have never gotten to the police.

The dude was driving the car. Could crash into a tree or something. Maybe the cop saw the road was clear and took the shots. Definitely should have just yanked him out of the car to start with.
