His momma be on the news (even CNN) talking about justice for her poor son cuz he dindu nuffin. Doesn't it just warm your heart? Personally, those cops were kind of dumb (this is like something you'd normally see in a Police Academy comedy movie) and it was pretty messy, but, hey, the cop panicked and took poor Johnny-Was-A-Good boy out... simple as that... though I feel he was a bit too prompt with blasting that idiot in the back. It seems he could have given the moron more warning. Fun video though. I liked the way the kid went "Ahhhhhhhhhhh!" as he took that spray of lead in the back. Cop guns these days have a much higher firing rate than I can ever remember. It's like Hitler's Buzzsaw (MG42)  |

former le. so much wrong there. was key in ignition? you could box it in but may not have time to walk away in case he wakes up any second. Can do if u have enough officers. i would've pepper sprayed him immedateily if he woke up. I hate states so against ac3 spray these days. In the 70's/80's that thing was gold and worked so well. I'd rather use that that stun guns. |

btw: cop was in the right. cop had no seat belt, perp speeding, cahnces of a tbone or accident very high and cop being ejected and dying. legally that is a threat to life and gives him authority to open fire. As a cop we can only use deadly force when we there is "reasonable" expectation of fear of life. Courts, believe it or not, don't monday morning quarterback - it's all legally what is going through the mind during those 5 seconds. |
