Aside from the merits of what actually happened in the video regarding the shooting, what the fuck was the strategy? How the hell did they screw that up? A teenage boy is sleeping in the driver seat of a car. Apparently he's sleeping soundly enough that he doesn't hear them creeping around and opening doors. So... just take the keys out? When you've got three cops on him, one from the back seat, how hard is it to just restrain him? FFS. |
