Yeah, the car block thing is something I found out goes against department policy. They had one cop there (I believe he was with the sherrif's office) that actually could use his car to block him in and he said he had no problem doing that but they ultimately decided not to. Seems like they really dropped the ball in that regard lol.

Why not block his car in first? Why not drag him out the driver's door? Why not take the keys FIRST? The guy was sleeping. They could have easily done any of these things to prevent this fuck from fleeing, but instead they're like:

How do folks find this place filled with tons of awful sights and sounds. So many people who did nothing wrong but simply be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Meeting not just their end but sometimes extremely gruesome deaths that are completely unwarranted, for what might be a simple mistake.
