Questionable one for sure, I'd be interested in what his warrant was for. I could see this being totally legitimate for some kind of high risk warrant execution on a guy known to be armed with a history of violence, buuuut... It seems the police created the situation which led to it being so dangerous, they should have flattened the tires and woke him up from outside the car.
