Yeah, I remember the last time my dogs ate someone…. Wait… no I don’t. I guess my pit bulls were just raised correctly…. I live very close to where this happened and I can say there are a shit ton of Mexicans and blacks with dogs that stay chained up indefinitely in there yards for security…. Forever... The dogs probably got some freedom and did exactly what the owner taught them.
