By this way of thinking you could also say that people should never be trusted and should not have children. Dogs are a product of their environment. If they're raised by a loving family they become that way. I've worked in the ASPCA and have seen it many times. It's sad that a breed has been made to be a scapegoat for their owners.

The dog ends up aggressive because the owners are aggressive macho douches who want aggressive and intimidating things for the bad ass appeal. Pitbulls and rotts are the poster dog of prison ghetto culture so it's no wonder when people like that seek out a particular dog for is 'gangsta' cred that the dog ends up just like the owners.

Same reason the owner of these dogs drives a black Charger. It's predictable to a science at this point.

God this is probably the only thing on this site that has affected me this much. So sad for everyone involved. I've seen harmless pitbulls snap. It's not an argument to me about how well they are raised.
