Re: USA - Dude Dead After Cop Tases Him On Highway
I have a question for the crowd. His car is sitting there. The cop is having a hard time keeping up. There is a lot of chaos going on. Why not just let him run, and pick him up at his home later? Where is the guy gonna go? Down to Mexico over a traffic violation or DUI?

You also cannot perform CPR worth a shit with their hands behind their backs. I've tried it. I got in a little bit of trouble for having a handcuff key on me in the back of an ambulance and using it in such a situation.

Re: USA - Dude Dead After Cop Tases Him On Highway
There's no way to know WHY he's running. There's been all kinds of wacky cases over the years where people or children are being held captive or already dead/murdered. He's also likely to get killed while running which makes the liability and lawsuits fall to the department anyways. He could car jack someone to get away (very common by the way, there's even a sticky right now with one).

Re: USA - Dude Dead After Cop Tases Him On Highway
He gave up his keys, no weapons, and still decided to run away from the police across the freeway at night............ at some point people needs to take responsibility of their own stupid decisions.
