Cop asks for license & insurance because I did not have my head lights on. The dude is 25 with all tattoos. He comes back to my car as Im calling Progressive insurance to email me. The cop beams a light directly into my face. I had to ask him politely to stop beaming the light directly into my face. So he removes the light to my cellphone. I gave him the email from progressive. He walked away. He was such a damn punk! He was trying to get a DUI. But he had no evidence. Fucking Asshole.

You experienced the doing nothing illegal in public, get confronted by police and after they harass you they say "You have to see it from my/our point of view".
