It's simple just don't fucking run. All he had to do is take he's arrest, and he would still be alive, but no had to run and ends up dead over some stupid driving with no license and some shit like that. What a waste and tragic all round, it annoyed me that the cop was to worries about handcuffing him and dragging him round rather than showing more care he's still a human ffs.
