It's literally Jamaican patois slang (e.g. "tingz", "mandem", "wahgwan", etc.) and it's super common with the youth in the British isles. Jamaica was a British colony until the 60's and after WWII the Brit's encouraged migration from Jamaica to the UK, and the kids ate up the slang it's been around forever in youth sub-cultures, like the 70's Trojan records boot boy's, skinheads and rude boys up until now with Grime, yardies and chav's.
