the fucked up thing is, these females were probably walking in the middle of the street in a drunken manner. Maybe the driver had no idea what was about to happen to him. Unfortunate situation for all.

That's in hollywood, at 0:30 you can hear him say "I'm on Cahuenga between Sunset" when he calls the pigs, this actually happend close to a weed farmacy i go to (KushMart).
