I am truly ashamed about how little i understood how electric/water work. I genuinely thought that if there was a current going into a bed of water it was all live. So i thank you for making me do some reading haha never too old to learn  |

He keeps saying that he died, or something of that nature...They think he is playing dead, thats why they are not really responding. When the kids goes over he says that he is shocking him, and that this is serious. That what I got my Portuguese isnt perfect.

He got stuck to the bottom because he couldn't control his muscles and his hand may well be clamped around whatever it is that is live, probably the underwater lamp fixture Look again at the end of the video, his mate gets shocked trying to move him, he's touched something live and something grounded, hence why only he got shocked (until his mate touched him) |
