Two Men Jump into a Fountain, One Gets Electrocuted

Civil Police investigates the death of a 20-year-old man in the northwest of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, after jumping into a fountain. Félix was at the scene with friends at dawn on Friday (Dec 1). The cause of death has not yet been confirmed.

Experts from Porto Alegre are due to arrive in the afternoon to analyze the fountain.
