In a video recorded by one of the friends, and analyzed by the police, one of them tries to touch Felix when he is already unconscious under the water, but can not because "it is giving a shock". In social networks, a cousin from Felix wrote a message saying he did not believe what happened: "I'm not believing it yet ... I lost a brother, but heaven won an angel. You'll be missed, but we'll never forget it. 'You're always in my heart,' he wrote. The mayor issued a note after death stating that the area where the fountain is located is isolated. Update: Jan 8, The report of the Medical Legal Institute (IML) on the cause of death of Felix, 20, on 1 December, while bathing in the fountain of was not decisive. the civil police told. Suspicion is that he was struck by an electric shock. Now the police are waiting for the report of the Electrical Engineer of the General Institute of Expertise - IGP, as the technicians found two broken lamps during the investigation. The regional deputy have announced that she will add the result of necropsy to the archives but that the investigation can only be concluded after the results of the report, which must be completed in the coming days. Shortly after the tragedy that shocked the community, the deputy responsible for the case, Gustavo Fleury, reported that the police were working with two lines of investigation: manslaughter, ie negligence of those who had saved the source or only the fault of the victim. The survey is completed by delegate Gustavo, as soon as he returns from Operation Dolphin, which takes place on the coast. The "conclusion of the investigation requires the analysis of the amount of evidence, for indictment or not of potential culprits," said the regional deputy. |

The cameraman seems to be laughingly oblivious that he's not coming up from the bottom. Yeah, they are probably drunk, but put your fucking phone down for 2 minutes; and use your eyes!! |

How did neither of his friends that went in not get shocked. It also seems strange how he immediately stuck to the bottom of the fountain.

This is a broken neck, retard issue, not an electrical issue. Case solved.
