They say you can see what's going on for a little bit after your head come's off fast like that. As long as there is O2 in your brain. That'd be fucked to see your body and the stump that was your neck.

I'm pretty sure professional executioners had to be able to do it in no more than 3 whacks or the person was pardoned and the executioner was put to death.
