The guy sitting at the table behind the victim gets up immediately after the shooting and gets out a hand gun that is clearly visible. The killer just ran off too quickly or he might have gotten shot
Almost for sure those guys are security of the victim. Poor job

Look at the lower right of the screen before the shooting. Massive fart caught on camera??!! The guy sure got wasted though.
I'm pretty sure someone was using a hookah. You can see the same device on the table at the bottom left of the screen. It's the glass globe with the long black pipe.
