Poor Standard Operating Procedure lead to this. 1st search for offensive weapons before placing him in the car. 2nd why the hell did both officers sit in the front. One should be driving and the other should sit by the side of accused gun facing away from him if any. Third handcuff should be used if they deem him dangerous and was going to arrest him.

First of all both officers are idiots to not have checked him besides not having separation inside the "cop car" for safety, cause thats a big ass knife and im sure the criminal didnt pull it out of his asshole to not have been found. My observation is clear that he wasnt shot as there is no flash from a bullet fired nor debri from bullet penetration to boxed vehicle and no blood coming out from his head etc.. he simply realized that there was no way out of his situation (completely fucked) so he simply pulls his head back and starts picturing himself in prison .

I think they did, else why did the fat fuck suddenly stiffen like that. But third world police are notoriously brutal when they should be laid back, and laid back when they should be brutal, so I wouldn't be surprised if the idiot wasn't shot.
