Basic common sense is lacking in many of these South Americans. You could attribute it to a lack of education - but common sense has nothing to do with scholastic education. If you see a lot of the pure weak pathetic videos - they come from countries mostly in South America. Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador, Etc. My suspicion is that these people are inherently a simple dullard group of people who act before they think leading to an overall - suboptimal country as a result of its questionable demographic. |
