The autopsy results came back and that kid was High on THC. Shouldn't have been driving anyway...

Seriously though, it was very dark and he was wearing all black on an all black racetrack. Besides Toni was probably more busy trying NOT to hit the car than spending energy looking for a guy on the track that Should NOT have been there in the first place.

That kid died because he was HIGH and acting STUPID. You don't flag down cars in a race...
