I like guns my buddy has a sks and when he's ready to get rid of it I want to buy it. Only bootleg thing is it's a stripper clip but it's still fun as can be! I just don't own one.

Yep...you're stuck with the stripper clip because lovely California won't allow you to have the detachable mags on it. With my guns I'd have 17 felony charges if I drove over your state line...that's how bad CA gun laws are.

kevin ward jr is a IDIOT,. The guy could have caused MULTIPLE accidents by walking back on to the track, 1, 2, 3 deaths maybe? And now people are scrutinizing the driver who failed to swerve and risk his own life that hit him? Does not make sense at all. Tony Stewart should not see 1 day in a jail cell for this, period!

i dont get how so many people think he didnt do it on purpose. unless they are saying they dont think he killed him on purpose, which i agree with, but i definitely think he hit him on purpose.

No way he hit him on purpose. I believe Stewart meant to scare him by revving his engine and speeding past Ward, but in doing so spun the tires and slid up the banking of the track. Stewart won't be charged criminally (no intent) but he will pay a chunk of money to settle the civil lawsuit which surely is coming. I'd say somewhere in the $2,000,000-5,000,000 range. Tony Stewart's net worth is around $75,000,000, so it won't be a big deal to him. Stewart is known for being a hot head which won't help if the civil suit goes to trial, which it won't because Ward's family (and their attorney) will not want to risk getting $0 if the jury believes Ward was 51% or more at fault. Generally when someone dies in motorsports, changes are made to make it safer, so a small financial hit to Tony Stewart and maybe some stricter rules about leaving your car are all that will come out of this. |

Doesn't look on purpose to me, but it's hard to see from this angle not knowing what path he was taking prior to entering the frame. Did they ever release the cause of death exactly? It looks like his head was spun around under the tire. |
