I was thinking the exact same thing. All the lynching vids that we see coming out of third-world shitholes, where the victim is a suspected thief of some sort, yet *this* cocksucker gets off easy with an arrest and a prison cell. Civilization is so overrated at times. My first instinct as an unscathed survivor dodging a near-miss like that would be to run the guy down and tear him off the hinges like he was a cheap hollow wooden door. Concrete pillar, you just can't see it in the video, but you can in the actual scene photos, the car is stuck up on it. He aimed for the crowd but I don't think he seen the pillar.
