The dude was quite obviously high off his mind, I've done quite a bit of synthetic weed before and never had manic shit like this happen to me but I've seen it first hand with other people and this guys brain is quite probably fried at this point. Dangerous shit imo especially if you have a history of mental illness.  |

One of those concrete pillars used as a safety barrier to stop vehicles from going onto the sidewalk. Guess they should've thought to put them all the way around every sidewalk in New York.
