Scream like an idiot while filming rather than trying to help, about the way she goes these days. "Get out da truck!" Maybe if you put down your phone you'd have both hands free and be able to at least try to do something.

From the impact, with how quickly the guy was on fire, it's likely the gas tank ruptured and covered him with gasoline. I am not sure anything would have helped...plus with that impact he may have already been dead.
