Re: Texas Deputy Shoot and Kills Navy Veteran Lyle P. Blanchard
Officer on his knees realizing that there's no gun is something, and his second check distraught him even more. I can figure him scream FUCK! The officer was right for me also, giving veteran license plate and swift movement to pocket. |

Yeah, if you use the site enough to realize the benefit of the Edit function, it is only reasonable to at least consider the possibility of some level of contribution. This is the best run site of it's kind that I've ever seen so far. |

This happened 30 miles from where I live. I remember there being a few comments about him being "trigger happy", but most agreed with these posts. It is not difficult to live through a traffic stop. Be courteous, comply, and you get to drive away! Don't give them a reason to be nervous around you. It is a thankless job and getting worse every day. Put yourself in their shoes just for a minute.

Re: Texas Deputy Shoot and Kills Navy Veteran Lyle P. Blanchard
What some of you clowns seem to not realize or maybe its just not understand that I have to see a weapon pointed at me to legally offer up lethal force. I am just a citizen with a carry permit. The police should have the same restrictions that a regular citizen has when it comes to lethal force. This BS that the guy was reaching in his pocket is irrelevant. Maybe he was getting a lighter or a stick of gum out. It was a bad shoot. The man was murdered by a police officer.
